Head - Finance and Treasury Department: Deputy Manager / Senior Officer 

Location: Head Office

Job Specification:

This position is responsible for proper functioning of Finance Department of the Bank and to plan, direct and coordinate the implementation of effective accounting and financial administration policies, procedures and report to ensure meticulous compliance of the Bank’s financial policy for sound financial management and control of the Bank. This position must prepare, present and interpret financial reports to the management, Board of Director, shareholders and government authorities and to direct and supervise preparation of all financial reporting such as NRB reporting, budgets, statutory financial statements and other financial reports as required.

Qualifications:

CA / ACCA or Master’s Degree from recognized University with minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 and above.

Experience:

Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in Audit or Banking sector (Commercial or National Level Development Bank).

Central Credit Department

Positions -

Central Credit Department: Deputy Manager / Senior Officer 

Location: Head Office

Job Specification:

Candidates must have knowledge of credit and marketing, credit appraisal/procedures and compliance with the NRB Directives.

Qualification:

CA / Master’s degree in Management from a recognized university or equivalent with minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 and above.

Experience:

Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in Banking sector (Commercial or National Level Development Bank) with 3 years in related job functions and working in the position of Senior Officer for Deputy Manager whereas 4 years of banking experience with 2 years in related job function and working in the position of Junior Officer for Senior Officer

 

Chartered Accountant

Positions -

Chartered Accountant:  Officer / Junior Officer 

Location: Head Office

Job Specification:

Candidates must have thorough knowledge of NRB Directives, BAFIA, NFRS, IFRS, GAAP, Auditing Standards and other relevant rules and regulations to banking.

Qualification:

Chartered Accountancy from ICAN or any other recognized body.

Experience:

Candidate must have minimum 2 years of banking or audit experience for the position of Officer and fresher’s can apply for Junior Officer.

 

MIS Officer

Positions -

MIS Officer: Junior Officer (1)

Location: Head Office, Finance Department

Job Specification:

Candidate is responsible for developing and maintaining organization database, prepare MIS data, review the needs of the Bank and employees related to information management and distribute data to end users accordingly, Report optimization, data validation and accuracy with management approved definition and amendment.

Qualification:

ACCA / Bachelor’s Degree in Management or IT from recognized University or equivalent with minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 and above or Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant.

Experience:

Candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience in banking sector and must have experience in related job function. Candidate must be at least working in the position of Senior Assistant.

Central Credit Officer

Positions -

Central Credit Officer: Junior Officer / Supervisor (3)

 Job Specification:

Candidates must have knowledge of credit and marketing, credit appraisal/procedures, proposal/memorandum and compliance with the NRB Directives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree from in Management from recognized University or equivalent with minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 and above.

Experience:

Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in banking sector (Commercial or National Level Development Bank) for Supervisor with minimum 1 years’ experience in related job function and 3 years of banking experience for Junior Officer with minimum 2 years in related job function. Candidate must be at least working in the position of Assistant.

Job Specification:

This position is responsible for managing CEO’s schedule and strategic priorities, supports the CEO with data driven insights and analysis, prepares analytical reports and presentations for the CEO.

Conducts research on industry trends, competitors and market opportunities, develop strategic recommendations for business growth and improvement ensuring the smooth execution of strategic goals.

Qualifications:

This position ensures the efficient daily operation of the banking facility, including product sales, customer service, lending, compliance, security and safety in accordance with the Bank’s objectives.

Qualifications:

CA / Master’s Degree in Management or equivalent from recognized University with minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 and above.

Experience:

Candidate must have at least 8 years of working experience in Banking sector with 5 years working as a Branch Manager and must be at least working in the position of Assistant Manager in Commercial or National Level Development Bank.
